	CHEMILUMINESCENT SUBSTRATES/PRODUCTS AND IMMUNOASSAYS Biotron Diagnostics USA has developed a new series of stabilized chemiluminescent substrates based on 1, 2-dioxetane structures, which are much more sensitive than those currently in the market. They are protected by US Patent 6,461,876B1 and other pending PCT and US patent applications. These substrates are used for the following enzymes: b-Glucuronidase b-Glucosidase b-Galactosidase Alkaline Phosphatase Arylesterase Arylsulfatase The stabilized formulations for the detection of horseradish peroxidase are covered by US Patent 6,602,679 and other pending PCT and US patent applications. These new stabilized formulations produced high quality of results in research and immunodiagnostic detection system. Biotron Diagnostics USA has formulations for the following applications for researcher and immunodiagnostic companies: Immunoassays, Southern blotting, Northern blotting, Western blotting, Reporter gene assays, Quantitative PCR, New drugs discovery profiling Sensitivity of products: The new series of stabilized chemiluminescent 1, 2-dioxetanes substrates can detect 10^-23 moles of alkaline phosphatase in 100-microliter samples. The new horseradish peroxidase substrates can detect horseradish peroxidase enzyme nearly to femtogram level in 100-microliter samples. Stability of products: Alkaline phosphatase substrates are stable for two years at 4^oC can be stored at -20^oC for extended period of time. Horseradish peroxidase substrates are stable for eighteen months at 4^oC as components A and B and can be stored at -20^oC for extended period of time. Horseradish peroxidase substrates are stable for 45 days after mixing component A and B 4^oC.
